Dawgs have trouble again in Pelham as the SECHC season comes to a close.

During the 2nd Annual SECHC Tournament, the Dawgs were faced with Ole Miss and LSU, yet again.
Friday morning, the Dawgs faced a shorter-rostered Ole Miss team but came out extremely flat and unresponsive. As 5 goals were quickly surrendered by MSU, the Dawgs were unable to find enough steam to rebound from such a surprise. The score ended in a 10-4 defeat at the hands of a much improved Ole Miss squad.
Saturday morning, the Dawgs were, again, faced with playing LSU as the Tigers had lost their previous matchup against Vanderbilt. Through a very physical game, the Dawgs were never able to take the lead against the Tigers as the score tilted back-and-forth in momentum. Although the game was played with great emotion and determination, the Dawgs again came up short against a familiar opponent, losing the game 9-7.
The Dawgs travel to Lafayette, Louisiana to end the ACHA's D3 season against the La-Lafayette Ragin Cajuns. Wish the boys luck!
